Petroleum Industry Monitoring, Analysis and Reporting (PIMAR)
On May 28, 2010, Governor Lingle signed into law Act 152, which establishes the Energy Industry Information Reporting Act (“EIIRA”) and repeals the Petroleum Industry Monitoring, Analysis and Reporting (“PIMAR”) Program, effective July 1, 2010. However, every distributor, as defined in HRS § 486J-1 shall continue to register with the Commission. This website is intended to provide historical information regarding the PIMAR Program.
