Pursuant to the Settlement Agreement dated February 14, 2011, between the State of Hawaii and the Hawaii Government Employees Association, and Executive Order No. 11-16, all furlough days for the remainder of this fiscal year (ending June 30, 2011) are cancelled for the State of Hawaii Public Utilities Commission.
