The Electric Vehicle Charging Station (“EVCS”) rebate program is an initiative passed in the Legislature in the spring of 2019, and subsequently approved by Governor Ige via Act 142.  This program provides funding for rebates for EV charging station installations and upgrades throughout the State of Hawaii beginning January 1, 2020.
