  The current Commissioners issue this white paper to evaluate the State’s progress since the 2014 Commission Inclinations and offer a “Roadmap” encouraging electric utilities and government and private stakeholders to invest now in the completion of critical energy infrastructure for safety, reliability and resiliency until 2030 and beyond.
