Login to eServices. Click the Down Arrow next to eFiler name > My Profile Under Accounts click on account the eFiling was Filed On Behalf Of (maybe self). Scroll down to Filings and find the eFiling record (F-######) with the outstanding fee. Under the Action column, click the Down Arrow > Click Pay Filing in Full. Complete ePayment form.
