Public Utilities Commission

As of Monday, March 30, 2020, the Public Utilities Commission (“Commission”) has completed the necessary modifications to its Document Management System (“DMS”) to allow parties/participants to electronically file docketed confidential and restricted information (as defined by Commission protective orders). Pursuant to Order No. 37043, all parties/participants who have been withholding filing docketed confidential and restricted information may now eFile these documents. Any delays or elapsed deadlines caused by this delay may be addressed by motion to the Commission.

The Commission clarifies that the eFiling of any confidential or restricted information must be pursuant to a Commission-issued protective order. Information improperly submitted as confidential or restricted may require document re-submission or may be deemed stricken from the docket record.
