Motor Carriers Annual Financial Reports and Fees Due April 30

All motor carriers that must file their 2024 Annual Financial Report (AFR) of Motor Carriers (Form 03-010) and pay their annual motor carrier fee on or before April 30.  Failure to comply may result in the assessment of penalties and interest pursuant to HRS § 271-27(h) and (i), and HAR § 6-62-42(d), and suspension or revocation of Certificate pursuant to HRS § 271-19.

Motor carriers with annual revenue greater than $1,000,000 must also file Form 03-020, AFR Long Form by June 1.

The AFR forms, instructions, and online eFiling with ePayment options are on PUC’s eServices website at https://puc.hawaii.gov/filing/motor-carriers.

The PUC urges all motor carriers to remain in compliance by filing their AFR and making a fee payment as soon as possible.
