The Commission has scheduled a virtual Status Conference in this emergency investigative docket (Docket No. 2020-0084) for Wednesday, June 10, 2020, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. to discuss Young Brothers’ current access to financing, as well as its contingency plans, in light of its recent filings regarding its financial condition. The Commission has provided the Status Conference agenda and public access information to remotely view the Status Conference, above.
The Commission notes that the public will be able to view, but will not be able to participate in, the Status Conference.
