Scheduled system outage June 15, 4:30 pm to June 19, 9:00 am for launch of new IT system. No filings or payments will be accepted.

A scheduled system outage will occur beginning Thursday, June 15, 2023 at 4:30 pm and ending June 19, 2023 at 9:00 am. No filings or payments will be accepted or processed during this time.

Processing of filings and payments will resume on June 19 at 9:00 am in the Case and Document Management System, the PUC’s new IT system.

Due to the unavailability of eFiling, the PUC will consider any filings that are due on Friday, June 16, 2023 to be timely if they are filed with the PUC by close of business on Monday, June 19, 2023.

The scheduled system outage is part of a cutover process as the PUC transitions from DMS (old IT system) to CDMS (new IT system).

The existing DMS system will be archived as of June 15, 2023 at 4:30 pm but will remain online in view-only mode until data migration to the new CDMS is complete. Data migration is estimated to be completed in July 2023.

During the data migration, users may need to access both the new CDMS system to access filings after June 15, 2023 and also the archived DMS system to view filings on or before June 15, 2023.

CDMS is the PUC’s new IT system that replaces the PUC’s existing Document Management System (DMS) with a modern, user-friendly and integrated content and case management workflow solution that accommodates docketed and non-docketed processes and documents.
