Water Carrier Annual Financial Report (Form 99-020)

The Annual Financial Report (AFR) of Water Carrier Report must be filed annually no later than March 31st, which covers the preceding calendar year’s operations (under Section 6-65-56(a)(2) of the Hawaii Administrative Rules).

Information & Instructions

You may only submit your AFR form in person or by postal mail because we do not accept confidential eFilings (Electronic Filings).
